These services are offered Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a guarantee of a response by the next business day. Additionally, under this service contract, you will receive four hours of on-site support, which you can use to handle such issues as removing viruses or spyware, installing new hardware or software, or upgrading your server or network.
At this level of service, you receive a comprehensive approach to technology support, all covered by one monthly payment.
