  • Protecting your systems through web filtering
  • Keeping your network running smoothly
  • Providing Help Desk support to your staff
  • Providing support over the telephone
  • Supporting your internet usage, including e-mail, websites, and online commerce.
  • Supporting wireless access to connect all staff, all devices, anywhere, anytime.
These services are offered Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a guarantee of a response by the next business day. Additionally, under this service contract, you will receive unlimited hours of on-site support through scheduled visits, which you can use to handle such issues as removing viruses or spyware, installing new hardware or software, or upgrading your server or network.

At this level of service, you receive a full range of services, comparable to what you would receive from an in-house IT department, all covered by one monthly payment (and no travel charges). This is a cost-effective and time-efficient way to keep your technology and business running smoothly.
