For small businesses and non-profit organizations, our JCare™ Advantage Service Contract provides:

Monitoring and maintaining desktop and laptop computers
Monitoring and maintaining servers
Reporting on maintenance issues
Managing your computer equipment inventory
Protecting your e-mail service through spam filtering

These services are offered Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

At this level of service, you are not only assured that your hardware components and software packages receive regular service and maintenance; you can also gain confidence in your business’s ability to manage its technology.
