Branford, CT – Janus Computer Systems, Inc. announced today a new computer service contract system called JCare™. This system is aimed at small businesses and not for profit organizations that have between 5 and 50 workstations and at least 1 server. The system has a fixed monthly rate based on the number of workstations the client has in use. Spam filtering is available separately at the lowest level, but is included for all other levels.
The system includes maintenance, help desk services, network services, desktop services, upgrades and more. “This service brings a full I.T. support department to any small business or not for profit company,” says the President of Janus, Mr. Mark Wasserman. “The only difference is that we are not located within your office, you just call us when you need us and we’ll be there,” he continues.
The system has three levels, JCare™ Select, JCare™ Executive and JCare™ Elite. Janus believes that this system is a long overdue solution to the out of control costs of computer ownership faced by many smaller companies today.
